BB睡得好 父母無煩惱
很多孩子在嬰兒與幼兒期都有睡眠問題,例如難以入睡、在半夜常常醒來等等。我身邊有一些已做了媽媽的朋友,想苦笑地打趣說,一晚可以連續睡超過3小時,是他們的夢想,因為要孩子睡得好實在太困難了。

其實嬰兒在三個月大開始,我們經已可以為他培養良好的睡眠習慣,而如果嬰兒經已半歲大,他們生理上其實已有能力去一覺睡天光,但現實上很多嬰兒與幼兒卻會在半夜醒來,今天就讓我們學識多一點方法去改善嬰兒與幼兒的睡眠問題,除了可以令爸爸媽媽睡得更好,孩子可以有更良好的睡眠也能幫助他們的整體發展。

1. 建立日常睡眠時間表
嬰兒與幼兒其實和我們一樣,需要固定的睡眠與起床時間,這樣他們才可建立睡眠規律,從而改善睡眠質素與入睡的情況。不少家庭會以為嬰兒年紀還小,只隨着嬰兒自己的生理時鐘去決定睡眠時間,這樣長遠就會影響了孩子的睡眠規律了。
2. 建立睡前的簡單規律
睡前可以有一定的規律,讓寶寶習慣了以後,他就知道睡覺的時間來了。例如,可以在睡前沖涼,把房燈關暗、食睡前需要的奶等等。要訂立簡單的睡前規律,時間上不可以太長 (最好大約30分鐘左右)。同時亦要保持平靜的氣氛,如沖涼的時候不要玩水玩得太興奮,令寶寶更難入睡。
3. 在嬰兒與幼兒未睡着但快要睡着時放下他
在寶寶未睡着前就要放下他,相信對我們來說是一個比較新的概念。但在嬰兒三個月大左右,其實我們就可以開始實行這一個方法。當孩子快要睡着時,我們可以輕輕把他放在自己的床上,這樣做可以鼓勵孩子學習自行入睡。初時實行,你有機會遇到寶寶哭泣等困難,但慢慢地你的孩子就會學會自行入睡,同時也能讓他們學習在醒後自行入睡的技巧。長遠來說,對孩子的睡眠與成長,都是一個有幫助的方法。
