從收拾玩具看專注: 執不好玩具的孩子是專注力不足嗎？
最近，不只有一個家裏有幼兒的媽媽問到，小孩子在家中就是好像永遠都不能「執玩具」一樣，玩耍的時候把玩具通通都拿出來，到晚上的時候又總是不能自己把它們收拾好。那幾位媽媽都有同一個問題，就是聽說專注力不足的孩子都有收拾與整理的困難，於是便開始擔心家中的孩子是不是有專注力不足的症狀呢？有什麼方法可以幫助孩子收拾家中的玩具嗎？ 專注力不足與生活的關係 很多人以為專注力不足的情況只會在學習上，其實專注力不足的情況也會在生活上常常發生。一般專注力較弱的小朋友於生活上需要專注的項目都會表現得比較差。需要專注力的生活項目包括收拾自己的用品、吃飯、遊戲等等。所以，專注力不足的小朋友一般來說不會只在學習上出現狀況，於生活上也會同樣因專注力不足而受到困擾。但同時，我們很少會因為小孩子做不到一兩件生活上需要專注的事就會將其判斷為專注力不足，而是會從孩子生活上整體的專注入手以作觀察與判斷。 如何引導孩子學習收拾與整理 收拾與整理是自理能力的重要一環，在孩子開始慢慢長大的時候，我們可以把握機會逐步教導孩子收拾與培養整理的習慣，這項能力亦對孩子上小學尤其有幫助。對年幼的孩子，我
